In 2017, Akshay started his own Adventurer's Bullet Club after buying Himalayan. KL-08 was the name of the club formed by his friend Poppa and other Himalayan owners from Thrissur. Later, the name was changed to De-Offroaders after people from outside the district also became members of the club.
